| "Q" Turist Quality |
| The "Q" certificate is volunteer and has to be renewed each 3 years. Its granted by an independent certification committee from the turist sector, after an exhaustive audit that verifies the Quality Norms fulfillment. This audit are done by independent audit companies with international recognition. |
