To obtain it there are Quality Norms requirements that are needed to be fulfill. This are elaborated by AENOR, that stablishes the minimum values to achive by the hotels: for its management tools as for it service results.

| "Q" Turist Quality and ISO 14001 |
| The "Q" certificate is volunteer and has to be renewed each 3 years. Its granted by an independent certification committee from the turist sector, after an exhaustive audit that verifies the Quality Norms fulfillment. This audit are done by independent audit companies with international recognition. |
