If you need the room and its ready at your arrival you may check in without waiting until 14:00 h. If you need to leave your room after 12:00 h, ask our Reservations department. Are animals accepted in the hotel? Animals are NOT accepted in the hotel. At the hotel shopping centre there is a hairdresser. Is it necessary to give the credit card details when making a reservation? Yes, to receive immediately your booking confirmation it is required a credit card number and expiry date to guarantee your reservation. We remind you that no charge will be done. If you don't want to give your credit card number, you may send us an email to info@hotelsancristobal.com requesting your reservation and we will apply you the same conditions as in our web site.Direct payment is at the hotel. If you wish to prepay your stay by bank transfer, just ask for our bank account details and send us the bank transfer copy by fax to +34 952 86 20 44. If you pay in cash it must be in Euros. We accept credit cards Visa and Mastercard. We accept some travel and meal checks. Which is the general cancellation policy?. During Easter week, July, August and September or other relevant dates, the Hotel may require a deposit, up to a maximum of 20% of the amount booked. This deposit should be paid at least 30 days before the date of arrival. If not the reservation may be cancelled by the hotel. You may cancel or modify your booking at any time by email, telephone or fax. Modifications can be applied by cancelling your booking and rebooking your accommodation reservation with the changed options (in agreement with cancellation and deposit conditions). Proceeding with your reservation means you expressly accept our following cancellation conditions (except the deposits that may be request for the days during Easter week, July, August and September or other relevant dates):
No shows are subject to charges of 100% 1st night fee. In the deposit cases, the hotel won't refund any money if there is a no show.
Cots (on request) has a cost of 6,42€. Is there a private parking in the Hotel? 200 mts from the hotel there is a private parking with 20 parking for the hotel. The cost is 11€ per day. Does the Hotel offer Internet service? The hotel offers free WIFI Internet connection at the Hall, Bar Salon and Meeting Room (own laptop).. Does the Hotels offers Leisure Activities and Excursions? We provide our guests the contact of companies and professionals that provide leisure activities and adventures. We provide our guests the contact of companies and professionals that provide your bookings at the golf clubs. The breakfast is a complete Buffet at our restaurant. From 7:15 h to 8:00 h it's a continental breakfast and from 8:00 h a 10:30 h the breakfast buffet. You may choose between a daily menu or "a la carte" in our Alameda Restaurant. For lunch it's open from 13:00 h to 16:00 h and for dinner from 20:00 h to 22:30 h. At the main avenue a few metres from the hotel there are different rent a car.
